Muchas veces dan pena
Hoy celebramos el 34 aniversario de la Constitución, el texto que fruto de los pactos de la transición nos dimos todos para, a partir de ella, dirimir nuestras diferencias -que las hay- en un parlamento en vez de en la calle y a bofetadas.
Guste o no, a mi no del todo, la Carta Magna es el abecedario de nuestros comportamientos y a ella, todos, le deben acatamiento entre otras razones porque no es la biblia y es modificable.
Lo mínimo que se debe pedir a todos aquellos que desde la política pretenden dirigir la cosa pública es lealtad a la Constitución y a los ciudadanos; esta lealtad para mí se concreta en no mentirnos jamás. Los grandes problemas de fondo que hoy sufrimos enmascarados por una crisis económica de caballo, vienen de la misma causa.
Para llegar a un texto de todos, todos cedieron pero probablemente muchos con voluntad de no ceder. El ejemplo más claro lo tenemos en los nacionalistas, pero se podría también predicar del resto. La restauración de la Generalidad de Cataluña que era una cuestión de cesión y de consenso, para ellos solo supuso un paso estratégico como punto de partida hacia una apuesta que iba mucho más allá y quería tensar el catalanismo político hasta llevarlo al soberanismo y la independencia final, y esto es lisa y llanamente deslealtad institucional.
¿Tan difícil es entender que somos distintos, con distintas sensibilidades y que el único modo de convivir en democracia es respetando a las minorías y no haciendo trampas?
